I book way ahead and if the price goes up I feel good and if price goes down I cam just book a new reservation first and then cancel the earlier one with no hassle and no fees. Plus you can often get a 2nd or 3rd extra driver at no added cost. I have gotten really nice cars from the vendors they work with."
